November was great! The number one highlight was Thanksgiving in Long Beach NY. Cole was smothered in love and affection by Kate's family who had gathered from all over the place. It was great!

Cole has a great sense of karmic balance, so he dished out some love too. This is his version of kisses, with Kate's sister Hanna being the fortunate subject.

This is the scene at the illustrious Stein abode after the meal; you may be able to see Cole being bench pressed by who I believe is John, Kate's brother.

The next morning was chilly but beautiful. We walked across the street to the beach and enjoyed the sunny windy sand and soothing long beach surf.

More recently, it totally snowed last night! Enough to crawl around in if you're just about two feet tall and have a silly hat.

Dude, that hat is, like, MEGA silly! Also, I love how much of a real guy Cole is becoming!
blessed art thou o relatives who deliver long awaited blog posts! (why did that also sound like a "Confucius says..." phrase?)
just when you are about to give up and sigh miserably for the 36th night in a row when faithfully checking the blog, and write off the whole technological treatise on Cole's every amazing move, there is a light! and a fantastic surprise news bulletin including tha kid in a funky winter's cap. YAY!
and I am not just saying all this about the joy that this post brings because there is a nice (if I do say so myself) picture of me promoting early childhood literacy with my amazing neff!
I kvell because I am happy to see the pics and hear your thoughts and see your joys and revel in the miracle child that is Cole.
LOVE LOVE LOVE youse all. thanks for sharing. smooches to the whole household.
Oh, these are so cute. It's cool to see Cole so big - he's really looking like both his parents! -T
